As a Fraser Valley–based REALTOR® with the Farms in BC Real Estate Group, I help clients buy and sell farmland and acreage with confidence and clarity. With over a decade of experience in both agriculture and real estate, I bring hands-on knowledge, strategic insight, and a genuine understanding of what it takes to manage, operate, and grow farm-based assets.
Having grown up in Surrey and worked in my family’s blueberry-farming business, I developed a deep appreciation for the land and firsthand knowledge of the realities of farm life. Today, I continue to oversee our family’s farm portfolio while helping clients make informed decisions about agricultural property ownership, management, and investment.
My background bridges the gap between farming and real estate. I’m well versed in city and agricultural zoning regulations and help clients understand exactly what they can—and cannot—do on their land. From secondary dwellings and agri-tourism ventures to on-site processing and long-term development potential, I guide clients through every aspect of property use, compliance, and opportunity.
Beyond transactions, I assist clients in navigating government programs, grants, and funding opportunities available to farmers and agricultural investors. Whether you’re expanding operations, starting a new venture, or upgrading infrastructure, I help identify the programs and incentives that support your goals.
As a lifelong Fraser Valley resident with a young family, I value community, land, and legacy. When I’m not helping clients or working on our family farm, I’m often exploring the valley or spending time with my wife and daughter.
