ABOUT Varun
I’m Varun Seth, a Surrey/Langley-based REALTOR® with the Farms in BC Real Estate Group, focused on helping clients buy and invest in agricultural properties, acreages and rural land across the Fraser Valley. My background is in hospitality, service and real-estate which helps ensure each client receives attentive, professional support as they navigate this specialized farm market.
Originally from Delhi, India, I moved to the UK in 2010 to study Hospitality & Tourism Management at the University College of Birmingham, and I worked at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Stratford-Upon-Avon where I gained experience managing high-net-worth clients and delivering premium service. After relocating to Canada in 2013, I launched my real-estate career in 2016 focused on residential markets. In 2022 I joined the Farms in BC Real Estate Group and quickly adapted to serving agricultural clientele.
My unique combination of international customer-service experience and local real-estate insight allows me to guide buyers and investors through the complexity of rural land transactions—whether it’s evaluating acreages, understanding ALR zoning or identifying long-term value in a piece of farmland and finding deals on & off market.

professionals in the Fraser Valley).
Outside of work, I love to travel, stay active, enjoy exploring rural properties in the Fraser Valley, staying connected to the land and continuing to build my knowledge of the agriculture sector and investment land-use.
